Question / Help FOR THE LOVE OF GOD WTF HELP ?!?!?!?!?

im going crazy over this shit program. So mad that i had to make an account on this P.O.S forum.

Im not able to stream and IDK why, i have read all possible threads about how to fix this lag issue with nothing working.

Specs:
GTX 980
i7 6700k 4ghz
16 gig ram
2x SSD's.
--
Internet is 60-90mb upload deppending on what speed test site i use, lowest it ever was is 62.

Here is the issue.
every 1-5 seconds i get a frezz lag, its like a picture show where after afew seconds it changes image.

i have tried EVERYTHING with this program and nothing solves it.
Disable Aero,
Higher/lower Bitrate / CTB/ etc etc etc,
im using slowest as CPU stuff, gives me 70c and no FPS drops, actualy my Stream quality is really nice, and no lag when playing/reccording. but that lag is so consistant that i cant stream.

Anyone had same problem ? how to solve,

And yea i dont mean to sound rude, but im seriously triggered/pissed of about this cause ive been spending houers on trying to fix it, and absolutely nothing works,

higher/lower bit rate = not working
CTB/ not CTB = not working,
scaling, 30-60 fps, nothing, does not madder what i do, it does not work...

Making videos in sony vegas works perfectly and everything else works fine, just streaming does not work -.-'

so more or less it laggs 3-4 secs, stop lags for 2 secs, then it starts lagg 3-4 sec, and sometimes random extreme pixelation happens...

Set the cpu preset back to veryfast, lower resolution to 720p and the framerate to 30fps.
And also you should be using OBS Studio.
