Question / Help For Honor Fuzz glitch?

Hi I've been streaming for a while now without a problem! but for some reason when I went to stream the new for honor beta it didn't work? Everything gets really fuzzy like an old TV and I'm not sure what the problem is, attached is a screen cap of my obs
Any help would be useful thank you!

edit: framerate is fine it's not frozen like this but there is this constant fuzz

Post your OBS log please.

Don't use the OpenGL renderer in the advanced settings.
Switch it back to Direct3d.

I've huge problems with Direct3d 11 i make another post here: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/direct-3d11-not-working.63036/#post-272953 about this, any solution right now? Can't use Direct 3d11 cause i having lots of usb issues(?) when i've direct3d 11 is active.
