I've tried to change the file to mkv and flv, lower the bitrate, change the b-frames, and change the rate control, all to no avail.
While the frame drops are subtle, they are still noticeable. I recorded with OBS and Nvidia shadowplay at the same time to compare the differences

Note: look at the gun when I'm running, also there is an ingame fps counter at the bottom left so my game is not lagging at all.
Any help would be appreciated...
