Font size issues with 28.0.1

I updated with the new 28.0.1 from 26.1.1 on my HP laptop and the font sizes on all the docks were bumped about double. Worse is that there it seems like they are double spaced. This is creating an issue with my scenes requiring movement of the mouse wheel to access all my scenes. THE SCROLL BAR IS GONE ON THE SCENE DOCK.
I like the text size increase, but the double spacing uses twice the space to view my scenes.
I've tried to change my Win10 PC, but I' can reduce the font size below 100% and my screen resolution is as large as it can be.
Does anyone have a way to fix this?

Try setting the theme back to Dark.

I'm at home with my PC and it looked like the setup I have here, which is set to Dark.
Maybe it got set to Acri when updated to 28.0.1.
If I set the theme to Acri, it looks like the laptop. So, if I choose anything buy Acri, it will be better?

+1 Same issue here. Our Scene list is full of so much padding/spacing that we are scrolling twice as much as before. It's affecting our streams.

Confirm that setting the theme to Dark returns things to normal.
