Question / Help .flv to .mov - how do I remux?

The newest update will not allow me to remux from .flv to .mov. instead, when I go to remux a recording it automatically remuxes to .mp4 which I cannot play in iMovie.

Previous method of remux would be to change the suffix at the end in the remux editor.
