Question / Help Fluctuating Kbps using Youtube Live.

I been trying to test out a live stream for a funeral this coming week and ran into an issue when testing.

My Kbps is fluctuating up and down the whole time while streaming. On the viewer's end it seems to jump out every few seconds to catch up with the stream. Any ideas on how to fix this? I've included a log but nothing on there stands out to me as an issue at first glance.

The log you provided isn't from a session where you were streaming to youtube live.

I'm not sure what's happening with my OBS but it won't upload the current logs from today. I was able to pull the log and convert it into a PDF for viewing.

Your network connection cannot sustain the selected bitrate. Fluctuations around the target bitrate based on frame content is normal. (Blank screen will use less than your target bitrate, a complex fast-moving scene will use more.

That you can't upload logs directly from OBS would indicate to me there is a general network connectivity problem involved. Check settings > advanced and see what network interface OBS is binding to.
