Question / Help Fluctuating bitrate based on scene

it just means the scene that you selected isnt using all the bitrate you allocated, this is mostly due to static scenes or a lower resolutions/fps, when im streaming fortnite for example the bitrate shoots up, but when i put on my Be right back or ending overlay the bitrate goes down from 6000 to about 3500-4000 sometimes lower even on CBR (which im assuming you are on since this is a problem)
