I am currently using OBS 21.1.0 to stream a video at CBR 950 Kpbs.
I am not dropping any frames and the Internet speed is more than correct (950Mbps upload/download).
I am using the very fast preset option.
I am streaming the video over Zixi (as the RTMP server) to a satellite provider, but they are highly complaining of bitrate fluctuation and PCR accuracy errors (the two maybe being related as the PCR being incorrect the equipments on their side cannot detect the corret info of the stream).
I can already see theses errors at my end when I analyze the input in the zixi feeder.
Would it be possitble to correct this? And how ?
