Question / Help Flip Vertical OBS MultiPlatform/Sub Region Selection OBS

Hi I was wondering if someone could enlighten me here. In the regular OBS version for windows I can window capture and there is a select region button for the specific area i want to capture, but there is no option to vertically flip the window. I tried to download OBS multi-platform and see if the case was the same there, and it is. In OBS Multi-platform for windows I can vertically flip windows, but I cannot select a region/sub region of the window i captured and only allows me to capture the whole window. There must be a way in either OBS or OBS multi-platform that I can vertically flip and select a sub region of a window instead of the whole thing. Please help!

You can Crop the Window.
Right click the Source in OBS MP > Filters > then add a crop filter.

When i click on filters it is just a white screen on the left side with no filter options and on the right side the window that I right clicked.

Never mind I found what you are talking about, but am i just supposed to add the dimensions manually into the crop filter of what I want cropped out?
