Question / Help Flickering Webcam

Thank you for the reply. I have fiddled with bios and was thinking of unfiddling. brb

Edit: Separate problem that's also been happening since I got home to try this new cam- upon closing obs, (discard delay (7 seconds btw)), the window doesnt respond, then click on it again and it grey's out with (not responding), force quit worked just now. couple other times i had to ctrl alt del end task... maybe my latest drivers are clashing between obs and cam
