Flickering on video capture with new OBS update

I have a 2021 MacBook Pro. I just stupidly updated OBS and now I am having a huge flickering issue. It flickers even before I’m streaming. How do I fix this? Using a Logitech brio webcam if that matters.

• Thermal throttling, can't keep up after that
• Dying backlight in your screen
• Wacky settings in OBS
• Etc.

ended up reinstalling it and it stopped. But thank you for the help.

USB? That might cause it. A USB controller is generally good for only one (quality) video stream at a time. If you have several on the same controller, it might not keep up. Even if your machine has enough ports to connect them all directly to the main box, it can still have a single controller and an internal hub; same problem.
