I've been using OBS for a few months for livestreaming. My camera signal goes into a dvr that passes an HDMI signal to my computer for OBS to pick up. Its been working fine.
Today I turned on OBS and discovered that I have thin green horizontal lines rolling through my display view. As I mentioned, the camera signal goes through the dvr first, and the dvr display does not show any flickering.
I haven't updated my version recently, and I haven't changed any settings.
Only one thing has changed. I ran an electric extension cord through the same PVC 25 ft conduit as my camera. It isn't even plugged in yet though.
But again, the camera signal goes to the dvr first, and that view is unaffected. Then it goes to the computer for OBS and that view has the rolling lines.
What is going on? Any ideas on how to fix would be appreciated.
