Flickering in WoW (UI Elements)

Hi I've got a Problem with OBS and WoW, when i stream or record, my UI Elements Flicker (https://youtu.be/DP7J8Bne07E).
The only "Solution" i found was to Cap my Frames to 60 (same as Stream/Recording Frames) but since i play on a 165Hz Monitor, thats not really something i want to do.

Actually it may be a quite known bug in WoW UI. Some elements (especially maps) tend to flicker on nVidia cards.
What people suggest is to turn off MSAA (or change its level to a different value). Switch to DX11 solves the problem (at least for me) but is unacceptable on modern GPUs. DX12 is way better (I mean more FPS) in many locations in WoW also making FPS more stable.

The bug is being fixed from time to time and then it emerges again with nVidia updates.

UI Flickering Issue on Nvidia Drivers 430.87, 430.97, 431.36

I recently got some screen flickering issue with the last 2 nvidia drivers, reverting back to old driver 430.39 fixes the issue. The flickering is very random, sometimes its just the ui elements like icons and minimap, sometimes its the game world, sometimes its like someone is flashing a camera...

But wouldnt that mean i would See the flickering ingame aswell ? Which i Dont and never had, its only in OBS (Livestream, Recording and in the Preview) .
