Flat-lined audio when importing into Premiere Pro

Has anyone had problems with no wave form showing when importing into Premiere Pro? I have my audio channels setting Both mic and desktop audio on channels 1 then Desktop on just Channel 2, and Mic on just Channel 3.

Any ideas on how I can fix this? My mic shows fine its only desktop audio for some odd reason.

Ok so I tried importing some different video, and the audio is fine and so are the waveforms so it's something with obs. Is there an alternative way to separate the audio tracks to each channel because the default options in the GUI are just not working well for me.
