Question / Help Flailed to start Recoreding

Hi I have an issue where I can't record with NVENC H.264 encoder, but it works just fine with the default encoder I have no clue whats wrong as I have update my GTX 1070's drivers to the newest version an it still won't work. Any help is much appreciated. Also here is the log file.
