So first of all Gpu: radeon r9 380
Cpu: amd fx-6200
Os: Windows 7 but tried same in Windows 10
So i don´t know if that´s normal and i´m just stupid but for an unknown user like me it looks like a bug.
If i record something with whatever qualitysettings i can´t watch it with the windows media player.
Than if i record something with a limit of 10k bitrate, it will still get way higher than the limit speaking of 30k bitrate.
So next thing because i couldn´t watched it without the normal windows media player, i installed the K lite codec pack and watched it with the classic media player. All seems normal but when i click to any moment in the video it just become like a grey video were you can see a little bit of the normal video so its playing normal but it´s just looking really weird. I don´t have this problem with the amd vce (media foundation), but i don´t know why, if i use the media foundation video and do a 100k bitrate limit it will be just like 9k but it gets to 30k with a 10k limit in h264 encoder in the exactly the same replay xD.
