Question / Help Fixed the FPS issue however stream is still blurry no matter what.

It is very blurry still. It says 1080p but doesnt look as good as this guys stream: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/409724626

that snuts guys stream looks ten times better than mine, i must be doing something wrong. HELP!
