Problem: Swapping "Scene" in OBS (19.0.2 64bit, Windows, ran as admin) doesn't make a Source Video Capture Device come back.
Details: I use a Logitech c270 Webcam and I want to use the same webcam in different scenes with different effects, so go to Source and make a new Video Capture Device and name it something different from the previous in another Scene. Make sure [x] Deactivate When Not Showing is checked. This allows it to turn off when you swap out of the scene, and be used in another scene.

If anybody has questions, let me know. Using one camera for multiple sources works fine on my stream PC but doesn't work on my gaming PC.
Tried:
-Swapping USB Ports
-Swapping cameras
-Installed Logitech Webcam Software
-Ensured both computers had the same power settings in Windows 10, same version of Windows 10, OBS, and latest firmware for motherboard / UBS controller.
Any answers for this would be greatly appreciated, cheers!
