Question / Help [FIXED] Counter Strike Global Offensive Freezes

Hello everyone, first of all, sorry for my "bad english" :)

I started streaming with a friend but i can't stream on CS:GO. If i use "game capture", i got somes Freezes every 2 seconds in game or in menus.

If i play in windows mode, i use "windows capture" and i got like 20 fps max.

My specs :

MSI GE72 2QF
970m GTX
8Gb RAM
i5 4210-H

All CSGO configs are lows.

Btw, i got 20 fps WITHOUT Streaming, just with OBS Studio open, without obs, i got 120 fps easily.

My friend who have a 960m can stream on it with 60 fps with average settings, can you help me ? Thanks !

You need to set OBS to run on the nvidia gpu in your nvidia control panel AND turn off multi-adapter compatibility in the game capture source.
