Question / Help Fix settings OBS chaturbate

I have a problem whit obs boradcasting in chaturbate, I do not have a clear and fluent image, I cannot adjust the settings in such a way as to have a stable band, the members enter the room and exit, they cannot connect. you can help me with the OBS settings tips. thanks

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Set under Settings -> Advanced the Color Range to Partial instead of Full and you can set your FPS undere Settings -> Video to 30 because you cam does only operate at 1080p 30 FPS, so settings your stream to 60 FPS does not give you any benefit.

According to the logs you don't have dropped frames or other issues beside that you still stream with Color Range Full instead of Parial.
So what exactly is your remaining issue?

my problem is that my users I can't stay in my room ... they grow steadily to a certain level and then they can't connect to me anymore !!!

This looks like an issue with your streaming provider. If you still stream fine, and OBS doesn't say anything else, it is the task of the streaming provider to provide connectivity for your viewers.
