FIX: macOS Virtual Cam on OBS 26.x

Problem: Clicking on "Start Virtual Camera" asks for password and then nothing happens. The button remains unlit. Click again and again with no result.
Solution: OBS is trying to install the Virtual Camera driver into a folder that does not exist.

The folder is /Library/CoreMediaIO/Plug-Ins/DAL/
I had to create CoreMediaIO folder, then Plug-Ins folder, and then DAL folder. Restarted OBS, clicked Start Virtual Camera, and voila! it works. The driver is installed now because the target folder exists.

I verified with Zoom only. Another thread is confusing this issue with problems using Virtual Camera in various applications, which is a different issue.
Use this fix if you CANNOT Start Virtual Camera.

Thanks to profej for finding this.
