This is just a post for anyone else searching how to stop this popup spam message which keeps adding new popup messages regardless if you are trying to stream or not.
I am only using OBS right now for capturing content - not streaming yet while it's sitting idle it keeps popping up messages that it's failing to connect
I had a Stream HotKey accidentally in my keyboard settings. This was causing OBS to auto-check the stream settings.

SOLUTION:
Remove any entries in the Streaming HotKey Section to prevent these messages.
