Fix a source by its name?

Hi, there. I work at a hospital and I have the next problem.
We often work with a projector and a notebook for multiple classes. Most of them use PowerPoint with Presenter view, so the speaker sees one screen and the people at the auditorium sees the fullscreen slide.
Some of those classes are recorded or even streamed.

I have the top layer with the view of the second screen, and the above layer with the view of the notebook, so if the speaker wants to show a video, an image or something else, it would record the notebooks screen. And if their is a presentation of a PPT, it would record the second screen.

The problem is that the projector connects and disconnects multiples times a day, and when it does, OBS stop remembering what was initially in that display and maybe choose the projector, leave it blank or show notebook's screen (or even worst, show nothing). I can't be monitoring that everytime someone goes to make a presentation, and also it make fuck up during the recording. The problem also happens if I open OBS when the projector is disconnected. If I connect it, I would have to choose it manually everytime it happens.

Can I fix OBS to say "Hey, thats Epson S31 connected! Let's show it on the program screen because the top layer was linked someday to that fucking projector!" instead of keeping it blank?
