Fit OBS settings to mobile screen

I'm trying to stream to instagram with stream on. It works perfectly fine so far but I don't seem to be able to fit the output screen to the mobile screen. I used different 9:16 ratios but any of them is smaller on the output screen as desired. Attached you see the guide I followed and the outcome. Any ideas anyone? Thank you.
