so after watching youtube videos and following a lot of guides I finally have all the settings in OBS working properly for me. However even though the sound quality is good and the video quality is good, there does appear to be a very serious audio desync issue. This is maybe because my camera is a Panasonic V770 and I am using a USB video capture card, whereas my audio is a USB cardioid microphone.
I have been fiddling around with the audio delay settings in the advanced audio properties window, but it doesn't seem to be working out all too well, it always seems that there is a slight amount of delay. Would I be better off just recording and then trying to use post processing software like davinci resolve or something to re sync the audio after? I am very new to all this!
