First time user, installed fine but not capturing video from VHS

Just installed OBS Studio the other night. Used Quick Str Guide and all went smoothly, but does not work.

Posting the most recent log file below with a number of things listed as FAILED, like "Declinkoutput-ui.dll" and some other things.

Not sure where to start to figure this out - any help appreciated.
