FIRST MAJOR CRASH DURING STREAM PLEASE HELP THANKS.

Hello guys, I've just had my first major crash on stream whilst playing f124. I've had previous slate freezes but this was a full crash and the stream fully restarted I will post the log below and my settings any help and advice would be greatly appreciated as I stream regularly up to five times a week and had issues in the last two streams.
