Question / Help First frame freezes while the audio keeps going

I'm getting very frustrated over this problem but EVERY TIME I record anything recordings after that freeze a the first frame and its audio continues. Like I could open up OBS and record, simple. But if I were to record anything after that initial recording then the "video" would only be audio and the first frame of the video itself. EVERY. TIME. Now I don't know why this is the case but I really have no idea what to do. Please help
