Getting low fps on the revordings itself

hey i got a problem. when recording previously i got 60fps in my recordings but now my recordings look like 5 fps. i did not change any settings. could anyone help me. here are the logs

i dont think its a to weak hardware isseu because it worked fine earlier. i tired admin mode on obs but still nothin. ty for the help in advance
