Question / Help Finally found a comfortable quality setting, but FPS isn't right

I just finally found a good quality setting that I like for my videos that isn't too taxing on my PC. I'm recording at 1080p 60 FPS and I recorded a black ops 3 game and after watching the video back it looked a little laggy. Well I went into the file properties and saw it was recorded at 54 FPS... How could that be?

I'm using CQP so could that be the issue?
