Filters enabled for every track?

Hi - Is there a way to have a specific filter or two always enabled for each track I play? It seems that when I switch to play a new track, all filters are gone. Thanks!

For that matter, I also want Audio Monitoring to always be selected to Monitor and Output". It always sets that back to "Monitor Off".

If I may clarify my intended use of OBS Studio... I want to use this as my default player for MP4 music videos. I want to use the VST Stereo Tool plugin for audio all the time. So I want to be able to load a folder or multiple MP4 files to play at once.

You can install VLC and use the VLC Video Source to use a playlist. OBS isn't really meant to be a video/media player though, it's a content creation tool.
