Question / Help Filter: Video Delay for Window Capture?

OK,
It seems I have the video synced up for my Webcam and my GoPro being captured by the Elgato Game Capture HD.
My problem now is that I want to include a WINDOW CAPTURE. Since I have the 500 ms offset applied to the webcam as well as the global audio I am now out of sync with the Window capture video.

There does not appear to be any filter options available for offsetting the window capture time.

I have the same problem, my webcam audio is behind about 3300ms behind the webcam video, which I finally fixed, but now the screen capture is out of sync!

Yes there is only a 500 ms offset... so I put in seven of them to equal 3300ms seems to be working so far..
