File size question?

My OBS used to have a setting "Recording Quality" and that really dictated file sizes, that seems to be gone now?
Which setting to I change to lower file size? Right now I'm getting like 4gb for about 40 mins.

Settings - output
Set the output mode to simple instead of advanced.
