Question / Help File Recovery - Blue Screen

Hey so I was recording some amazing strategy roulette with OBS and unfortunately my PC blue screened. Its a 4.18GB MP4 file that's around 1hr and a half long. Unfortunately it didn't manage to put a ending on it so it is unplayable in VLC and media player. Is there any way to recover it?
