File Playback details in Log File

I use OBS to stream High School Sports. We run video commercials and have an image slideshow with .jpg files for advertisers. When Iook in the log file, it shows that "something" played, but it doesn't give me the file name. My background is in radio, and we regularly had to run reports and send affidavits to clients to prove when their commercials played. Here is what the log file shows. Any way to add details to this?
