Question / Help File of saving has been changed

Hi, I have a problem. Tomorrow I have installed OBS and tried it (Im recording games) and it was ok, when saw the record, there was everyting ok, sound, microphone sound, etc. and it was saved into mp4 file. today I recorded few records and it is saved in flv. I didnt changed the setting or anything! Im kinda confused. What should I do to save it again in mp4 format?

Use File / Remux Recordings to convert to MP4. Recording directly to MP4 is unsafe as a crash will render the whole file useless.
