Bug Report File just Corrupted?

Alright so I don't know what just happened, I was recording some gameplay and the first half came out good, file saved normally, then I recorded again and when I end recording I can see that the file doesn't have the usual thumbnail and is like 260 bytes in size, and won't open normally.
