File Explorer Crashes Bitrate

Every time I stream then open File Explorer my OBS Bitrate goes to 0 then takes 20 seconds to get back up to normal

This happenends every time I stream.

And it creates multiple vods.

Please Help!

That sounds like running out of RAM, or disk I/O
