so I recorded I video but the file cant be opened and it ask how I want it to be opened

If you're super eager to find out what VLC is, and you don't want to click the link - just Google it?

VLC is a very capable media player.

If you recorded in the default format (Flash Video) you can use VLC to play it. (other players are available as well)

new problem there is no video only audio

Did you actually add sources when you set up OBS?
