ffmpeg mpegts options.

Could we please add the capability either via the output=>record=>ffmpeg settings=>muxer settings (if any) the ability to add mpegts options such as --metadata --name service and --provide and set PSI intervals for SDT NIT etc to tailor udp transport stream?

I'd be happy to have a file to add what I need for the time being. Please Please Please.
