Feel like obs randomly just fell apart

I posted about obs having twitch issues
now it just feels like it fell apart completely
I tried uninstalling, turning laptop off and not opening anything at all
now it's being really weird, laggy, and taking about 30 seconds to stop a recording

OBS can't see any GPU or iGPU driver installed.
Make sure you have the latest one for your CPU iGPU correctly installed.

but I'm really really bad and inexperienced with this kinda of technical stuff
any more specific advice? like where to find that out and where to install etc?

The iGPU CPU driver directly from AMD support

https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html

But you may want to check on the laptop support service in case they optimized or have custom enhancements for this driver.

It's really strange you haven't it installed already. Did you reinstalled Windows recently without using the laptop reinstall process?
Or removed the AMD driver?
The drivers are usually installed within the initial setup of the laptop and if you have to reinstall Windows the same process also reinstall the same initial driver.
