Hi, was recording a few local video files today on Overwatch to see how well it'd go, and I noticed my frames are low sometimes in the recording. I'll notice one frame stay on the screen for the duration of what should be 3-4 frames sometimes even, so I definitely see some frame drops. Any feedback on settings, or lack of sufficient hardware maybe?
