Hello! I'm looking into building this PC in hopes it can handle streaming/gaming simultaneously and I need some serious feedback or improvements you think might be able to make this happen. I want to maintain a 720p/60fps stream while playing mildly intensive games like Call of Duty: Black Ops III, Rocket League, Rainbow Six: Siege, etc. My current stream settings are as follows:
- Bitrate: 5000kbps (12mbps upload)
- Base resolution: 1280x720
- Output resolution: 1280x720
- Downscale filter: Bicubic (can go lower if needed)
- FPS: 60
- Encoder: NVENC H.264
