Feature to insert arbitrary delay on audio sources

Having your video and audio sources out of sync can be a pain to solve, and sometimes impossible if you're stuck with your current hardware.
Having your microphone audio out of sync with your webcam feed it very usual, and the solution should be apparent -- insert delay on the audio until you're satisfied with the results.

To this end, I suggest you create a feature that lets users configure the amount of delay for any audio source (buffer the audio feed).
