[Feature Request] visibility timer filter

I have been trying to make the visibility timer script work with turning off lower third Scenes(source) within another scene without much success. I will continue to work at it that way. But I would think a visibility timer as a filter would be great. You could define the time a source was visible or invisible by attaching the filter. Also check box to when the timer should start (i.e active, preview, multiview etc).

This would be great as the current visibility timer only works with video source and media but not scenes. If I apply the timer to my camera it affects all the other scenes with that camera.
