Feature request: Save a setup/config

I'd like to be able to save/load a set of scenes/sources/mixer settings/audio track mappings/screen rescaling.

The reason is simple: What I want to use when I'm streaming or recording minecraft is not the same as when I'm streaming a browser window game.

For a browser window, 16x9, because of the size of the browser frame, is much smaller than minecraft's full screen width. So the "how much I clip the display capture", as well as "where I clip left/right/top/bottom" is different; games with no audio don't need to spend the time encoding system audio; streaming a 576p video uses a different bitrate than an approximately 500p; etc.

Almost all of my settings get changed. And having to try to remember everything is a pain.

What you're looking for is called a "Profile" (and optionally a "Scene collection").

Located in the top menu in OBS.

Cerice?

Nope, tried that. First thing I did was give my "untitled" profile a name, then new profile, and make a change. Going back to "orignal", the deleted Sources stayed deleted.

Sources=Scene collection.
Profile= (most of the) Settings in the Settings menu.

Edit: My bad. I wrote it backwards in my first post.

EDIT: Ahh, now I see what you mean by "Scene collection". To have my sources change, I need to have a scene collection; I take it "profiles" are for the recording/streaming settings, rather than the "what is being saved".

And, you just posted :-).
