Feature Request: Resume streaming after crash

Add an option so that if OBS crashes, it automatically re-starts, and start live streaming at the last selected scene.

I recommend against putting any effort into such a thing
OBS is very stable in my experience. Plug-ins and buggy gaming related apps and video drivers cause problems. Best to an OBS user to focusing on fixing the cause of the problem, than diverting effort on OBS to work around other's poor code
