(Feature request) Offset some recording load to second GPU

I'm not sure if this is possible, so please excuse my ignorance, but the ability to offset some load from recording with VCE (or any hardware encoder) onto a second GPU would be amazing. I have an R9 380, and while it works wonders for recording and gaming, it would be even better if I could use the second GPU I have from a friend (an R7 260x) to offset some, or, if possible, all load, so that the 380 handles the gaming, and the 260x would handle the recording. I'm a little paranoid of using my 380 to record AND game, as I have no clue if a sudden spike in particles will cause the recording to stutter, freeze, or just go bleh.

I'm pretty sure (<100%) that the units doing the encoding are more or less not used for anything else.

Alright, I'll try recording with one of the "spikey" games. Still would love to see a load offset feature.
