[Feature Request] Filter (Scroll) missing manual control

Hi,
up to latest ver. of OBS (20.1.0) I noticed that Filter (scroll) added on a Text (GDI+) source does not have any manual control over when scroll should begin. Since sources are global this filter (I was told in IRC Channel) will always be scrolling and keep scrolling. This becomes an issue and here is a scenario to best explain it.

Scenario A:
Working in Studio Mode, while streaming I call the scene up and it appears on left windows while right one playing live production. When I am ready I click on Transition button to make this scene go live. Text does not start scrolling from beginning but picks up from where its started. This is wrong because I am not able to show text from the beginning.

Scenario B: I disable Text (GDI+) in Sources list. When I am ready I just enable it so that I can then Transition it. Again, scrolling does not start from the beginning of the text.

Would it be possible to introduce, in the upcoming update, some controls for this filter so that we can manage scrolling as we need? Also, it would be useful to introduce a setting that would also set from which line to begin scrolling.

Many thanks in advanced for your work.

Yes, it's 2021 now just trying my first scrolling text project and having the same problem. I had hoped to find something like the hotkey solution that controls picture slideshows. As I am new to this forum, I'm not sure if anyone has come up with an answer to this problem.
