Think about it, so many streamers make frames for their web cams, and we still have to move the frame and the Web Cam around seperately! Can we get an option under "Cam>Filters>Effect Filters" do just add an image (preferably PNG so it supports Multiple shades of transparency.) This way, the image is tied to the Web cam, so we can just grab it and move it around, resize it, hide it, and it all works together.
Or, just add the ability to group/parent sources together. This would pretty much do the same thing, but opens up this idea to all your sources in the scene. And, if you go the Parent option, you can have it so you can hide the children sources, OR you can just hide the Parent object and all the children sources hide automatically.
I think this would be a big step in making OBS more user friendly to scene designers.
